10 things you didn't know about me

Monday, September 08, 2014

I want my blog to be super hip and trendy, so I'm starting out with a cool "10 things/ways/reasons/whatever _______" post. So without further ado, 10 things you didn't know about me. (If you knew these already, good for you. You're also probably a stalker.)

1. My name is Kaycee, I have a husband named Eric, a daughter named Saydee, and a sweet pup named Winnie.

2. I enjoy removing the lint from the dryer more than any one person should.

3. I'm obsessed with macaroni and cheese, but couldn't even bear the thought of it when I was pregnant. Hormones are real, people.

4. I love lists. I make lists for everything! Sometimes there are only two or three things on my list, but if I don't write them down there's a 138% chance that I will forget them.

5. Red lipstick makes me really, really happy. I rarely get to wear it anymore (lipstick and babies don't mix), but when I do it makes me feel pretty.

6. I also love camo. Anything and everything camo.

7. I'm so, so in love with my husband. He's awesome.

8. I played high school volleyball. The thing I miss most about playing is getting to wear spandex whenever and wherever I want. So. Comfy.

9. Anything miniature melts me. Especially those teeny little condiment bottles (ketchup in particular)...and teacup pigs.

10. I love to write! I definitely don't consider myself a writer, but it's something I really enjoy doing. I hope to one day author a children's book. One day.

  1. Hi Kaycee :) I'm glad to see that I'm not the only that loves lists haha. Anyways, just wanted to let you know that I strongly believe you will be a great author someday (as it's obvious that you are already a great writer). Good luck to you and you go girl! :D

  2. Writing a children's book is a noble goal. I have no imagination, but I do know some illustrators. I and on the Board of a non-profit Art Gallery & Children's art Education Program in Hayward. Each year we have a Children's Book Illustrator Show (usually February - April). Check out Sun Gallery on Facebook or the web. By the way, I am an A's Season Ticket Holder.
