The past few weeks have been really crazy for us Sogards! We spent an amazing week in Hawaii, got back and two days later had to leave unexpectedly for a funeral. We spent a few days in Boston with family celebrating the life of an amazing woman who we are so lucky to have known. After Boston, we headed to North Carolina to meet our sweet new nephew. We had a great week visiting Eric's brother and his wife, and loving on that little babe. It may or may not have increased the already fiery baby-fever I was currently experiencing.

So, we've been crazy busy, had the best time seeing family, but we are super glad to be home. I'm excited to be settled for a while and hopefully get stuff up on here more often!

On another note...Eric and I typically try and take a short vacation each offseason. Last year we had Saydee, so we didn't get to take any trips, but this year we jetted off to Hawaii with my family. We had such a great time and Saydee loved the beach. We went on some great hikes, snorkeled, my sister and I surfed, and we just had an awesome time! Hope you all had a great New Year!
